Old Collegians
Continuing friendships and connections for life
Scotch cherishes its rich Old Collegian network and remains deeply committed to nurturing these connections through a range of initiatives, from reunions and dinners to sport and community engagement.
Reunions and Community Dinners
Scotch College values all its graduates and is committed to keeping in touch with you. We host annual reunion events for alumni celebrating 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 years since graduation. If you are an Old Collegian and wish to attend or organise a reunion event, or if you have a story to share, please contact lansaar@scotch.sa.edu.au.
Scotch Seniors Group
The Scotch Seniors Group, also known as The Black Label Group, comprises our older Old Collegians. Their primary role is to help the College maintain its connections with past students over 50 through activities such as reunion luncheons and writing birthday cards. They are an invaluable and lively team. If you are interested in joining the committee, please phone the Development Office at 08 8274 4303.
Community Engagement
We host regular community dinners across South Australia, often aligning with country field days. We are always delighted to hear from Old Collegians, whether to update us on your activities or to share your knowledge with current students. Please keep in touch by updating your contact details.
Scotch College Old Collegians Association (SCOCA)
We collaborate closely with the Scotch College Old Collegians Association (SCOCA), which promotes and develops friendships among its members and the College community. SCOCA maintains a strong bond with the college and takes an active interest in current and future developments.
The association provides scholarships and supports various sporting clubs. SCOCA also hosts special events, including the Annual City Dinner, a golf day, annual interstate Old Coll gatherings, and other bespoke events.
Within SCOCA, we have numerous special interest groups open to Old Collegians and friends of Scotch, including Football, Cricket, Netball, Soccer, Rowing, and the Pipe Band.
